Christine Edwards

Christine is a Professor of Nutritional Physiology at University of Glasgow. She has research collaborations in developing new foods and nutritional solutions as well as understanding the interactions of the diet, the gut microbiota and health in children and adults across different populations in the world.

I have attended webinars and meetings which have educated on current research, community activities and learnt huge amounts about food issues in Scotland including problems with selling cattle at markets from island farms. There is huge potential for new research and collaborations.
