Through creative, cooperative projects, the £1M Culture Catalyst Fund seeks to enhance collegial research leadership and research culture. It provides funding for initiatives that have the potential to upend established institutional hierarchies to create new leadership opportunities.
This event was designed to provide insight into the application and review process of the Culture Catalyst Fund. It took place on Wednesday, 2 April 2025.

- Catherine Burns (Executive Director of Research Support Services, University of St Andrews): chairing a panel on the second funding call to provide general advice to applicants.
The session offered practical advice on applying to the fund and becoming part of a growing community of research culture changemakers.
