Developed by the InFrame Project, Reframe is an online learning package designed to support you to build collegiality into your research leadership skillset. It has been built based on successful delivery of in person development activities through the project and refined based on participant feedback and dialogue with a community of leadership experts.
Reframe provides development resources aligned with InFrame’s 'Framework for Collegial Research Leadership’ and is designed to examine assumptions and spark new thinking. It encourages participants to explore leadership through different perspectives and viewpoints and is open to anyone, at any career stage, who would like to develop a connected, relational approach to leading research. The Reframe package offers a flexible learning experience in an accessible format.
