Andrew Cumbers and Franziska Paul both spoke at the Shifting Narratives conference, jointly organised by the University of London Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (UCL-IIPP) at University College London, the University of Greenwich Public Services International Research Unit (PSIRU), the University of Ghana, Azim Premji University, and CONICET Argentina, and held virtually on 27-30 June 2022.
