Franziska Paul has been invited to be a panellist at the American Association of Geographers Annual Meeting held in New York City in 2022. The session, titled "State Capitalism Today: a Roundtable", is chaired by Ilias Alami (Uppsala University). Other panel members include Heather Whiteside (University of Waterloo), Adam D. Dixon (Maastricht University), Seth Schindler (Manchester University), and Jamie Peck (The University of British Columbia).
