Franziska Paul travelled to Darmstadt, Germany in August 2019 to undertake further fieldwork with a local municipal enterprise, HEAG Holding AG. HEAG is the public share management body for the city of Darmstadt and part of its "Stadtwirtschaftsstrategie", a city-wide economic framework for public service provision and management.
