ESR 3 - Christian Dam Vedel

ESR 3 will develop theoretical models which will describe the complexity of the material growth process and defect formation in III-V materials. Those models will be implemented in state-of-the-art QuantumATK commercial simulation framework.

 Bio: B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics & Nanotechnology at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He has an outstanding academic record with skills in computational physics, programming and solid-state physics. He completed his Masters degree on DTU’s “Honours programme” for the 10% best students. In this programme he worked on another EU project called "Horizon 2020" working together with Synopsys QuantumATK and CEA Saclay on anisotropic magnetic exchange (DMI).
