Research title: Digital Citizenship: Data Ethics in the Classroom and Beyond
Research Summary
My research explores the uses of digital technology in schools across the UK. I am particularly interested in the changing nature of schooling in the context of platformisation, including the wide array of actors involved. Specifically, I employ ethnographic approaches to the study of digital technology in schools to better understand and conceptualise how technology can 'work' better for society more broadly.
Prior to joining the University of Glasgow, I received my Master's in Education (Digital and Social Change) from the Univeristy of Oxford.
