Research title: Transparency in the Regulation of Algorithmic Management – Possibilities & Limitations
My research interests focus on the emerging application of algorithms and artificial intelligence in the workplace, Algorithmic Management, drawing on labour law, data protection legislation and other complementary legal regimes.
My current research is concerned with the role of transparency in constraining the decision to engage in Algorithmic Management.
