Research title: A Genealogical Investigation of Taiwan Childhood Cinema

Research Summary

My research focuses on Taiwanese childhood cinema, exploring its development and transformations through a genealogical lens. The study investigates how childhood is depicted in Taiwanese films, reflecting cultural, social, and historical shifts. By examining themes such as identity, migration, and multiculturalism, the research sheds light on the evolving narratives of childhood in Taiwan and their broader implications.
