Research title: Coordination & Management of Air-launched Effects
Research summary
I am an EPSRC IDLA-funded PGR in the Aerospace Sensing & Autonomy Research Group at the University of Glasgow, studying the autonomous coordination and collaboration of air-launched effects, sponsored by Leonardo Electronics UK. My research interests are in radar, sensor fusion, game theory, and multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL).
Previously, I completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace Systems at the University of Glasgow (2020-25), with a thesis on the identification and optimisation of Earth-Mars triple cycler orbits. I also attended the International Space University's Space Studies Programme in 2024, at Rice University and the NASA Johnson Space Centre in Houston, Texas, as an RAeS Futures Scholar, sponsored by the UK and European Space Agencies, where I specialised in Policy, Economics, and Law.
I am an experienced lab demonstrator and teaching assistant, having led workshops, lectures, and curriculum development for the Integrated Space Science and Engineering (ISSE) summer school at Imperial College London for several years. At the University of Glasgow, I tutor, mark, and demonstrate for a wide range of courses, some of which include ENG5341 Aircraft Development 5, ENG4012 Aerospace Systems Design Project 4, and ENG4200 Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning 4. I also advocate for STEM education and outreach, currently serving as an advisor at GU Rocketry and formerly on the board of a national STEM charity.
