Research Summary
My research focuses on mental health and emotional wellbeing in higher education, with a particular emphasis on burnout among postgraduate researchers. I am especially interested in developing and evaluating practical interventions, including mindfulness-based approaches, to address and prevent burnout.
In addition, I explore how artificial intelligence can be applied to emotion research, with the aim of deepening our understanding of doctoral researchers’ emotional experiences and supporting their overall wellbeing.
