What influenced your decision to be a part of this project the most?
Having worked in higher education for the last 18 years, I have undertaken many different roles that have provided me with experience and knowledge of the systems and processes used throughout the students' time at the university. Throughout my roles, I have strived to provide students and colleagues the best experiences possible. This project provides the opportunity to improve the student and staff experience further.
What are you most looking forward to tackling during this project?
The opportunity to improve, simplify, and standardise our processes and enable seamless transitions between registration and class enrolment at this crucial time of year.
What do you think will be the biggest challenges in this project?
I think the biggest challenge in this project will be ensuring that the systems and processes will meet the needs of all our colleges, schools, services and student needs.
