Our UofG Sport Active Lifestyle Wellbeing programme is a free, six-week initiative open to everyone.

Exercise and physical activity help to keep our minds and bodies healthy. It releases endorphins into our body and this can help us feel at our best. 

Combining a healthy lifestyle with a challenging study programme can be a challenge and sometimes a gym can be an overwhelming environment to join.
