Principal Investigator (PI) Steering Group
As one of the key stakeholders the formation of the PI Steering Group has allowed the project team to engage with principal investigators face to face and obtain valuable feedback which informs the system and organisation design workstreams.
In March and April 2015 we ran a series of 90 minute PI Wizard demo sessions. These sessions provided information regarding the delivery of a single project number for the life of the project and also gave PIs the opportunity to try out the systems 'Project Wizard'.
During June to August 2014 we ran a series of 1 hour demo sessions to review and gather feedback on the new system project set up tool which is being developed to replace the existing MS Excel costing request form.
We ran a series of lunchtime sessions during the first week of December 2013. The purpose was to provide a general update on current activities, allow discussion around key issues and agree the format of engagement going forward. More focussed sessions are planned going forward.
