No 11 The Square Room 112, University of Glasgow, Research & Innovation Services
Rose-Marie joined the University's central REF team in early 2012 to coordinate the impact element of the University's REF2014 submission. Her academic background is in International Policy Studies (MA) and French Linguistics/Literature (BA Hons); she spent 10 years at the University of Strathclyde, and her pre-HE professional background is in the international development sector. She is now utilising the information and experience gained in part through REF2014 to assist Colleges in understanding and expanding their impact profiles and research user relationships, supporting their knowledge exchange activity in order to maximise potential impacts, and supporting development of their impact case study pipelines for REF2021. She is available to assist individuals and teams interested in formulating and implementing impact plans, and can also advise on evaluation tools and other means of capturing/documenting impact.

She delivers the impact-related modules for the Researcher Development Programme (enrollment via Core portal), and is the first point of contact for the repository for KE activity and impact documentation. Rose-Marie is on Twitter and has a Slideshare site for presentations; there is also a Moodle site offering impact-related resources, guidance and presentations that is open to all at University of Glasgow.
