Innovation3 Exchange
About the Innovation Exchange
The Innovation3 Exchange (I3E) is a five-year pilot partnership between the University of Glasgow (UoG) and Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU), supported by the Scottish Funding Council (SFC).
The programme aims to strengthen innovation, commercialisation, and entrepreneurship across both institutions by combining our expertise and networks.
Funding from the SFC Shared Services Collaboration Fund (SSCF) is supporting the development of a proof-of-concept model for formalising strategic collaboration between UoG and GCU.
Insights from the pilot will inform future approaches to partnership working and help lay the groundwork for longer term changes in innovation and commercialisation support.
The partnership provides shared access to programmes, funding opportunities, and training across both institutions. Training opportunities will also be available to professional services staff to help build capacity for entrepreneurial support.
