Help Desk Request
By logging into the university Help Desk with your GUID and password;
logging a request for Business Systems: Request Help;
and setting the category to QlikView you can:
- Seek general SUPPORT from Planning, Insight & Analytics;
- or request ACCESS to a particular QlikView or Qlik Sense application.
Provide the GUID of the staff who need access, and let us know the application(s) they need access to, e.g. QlikView Student Headcount application. See some of the other Qlik applications available in the Reporting and Analytics Catalogue; - or seek FULL ACCESS to BI Online if you require access to Continuation and Progression data, which is not provided as standard.
