New service will make it quicker and simpler to find answers to your HR queries

People and Organisational Development are delighted to confirm their new HR Helpdesk is live and ready to use.  It's now quicker and simpler to find information and the answers to your HR enquiries. As a colleague, whether you manage people or are a member of a team, use this service for all routine HR enquiries.

Using this new service will mean:

  • You will easily find up to date information and answers through the advanced knowledge base.
  • If you have a query, you will be able to raise an enquiry through the helpdesk and see where it is in the process with real time updates.

How do I use this new service?

  • Visit our refreshed HR webpages to view information and resources.
  • Look for the ‘Make an enquiry’ icon on any HR webpage to take you straight to the helpdesk.
  • Answer the simple questions within the helpdesk and either find your answer in the knowledge base to the right or submit your enquiry for a People & OD colleague to respond.
  • Let us know your experience of using this new service via your local HR teams.
