Following the launch of Revolve Indoor Cycling last month, the studio and mix of virtual and instructor led classes have gone down very well with our University community.

Classes run from early morning until late at night and have a great mix of students and staff taking part in fun and exciting classes.

Celebrity alumni Mark Beaumont has even dropped in to give his thoughts on participating in a class: 'It's a pretty mad experience and gets the heart rate going!'

You don't need to be a member of UofG Sport to access Revolve Indoor Cycling – anyone can come and pay entry at reception, so why not bring a friend?

Fancy playing sport to keep fit, but just want it to be fun and social? Then Bounce Back to Netball is for you!

Bounce Back to Netball takes place on a Friday night at the Stevenson Building and is an opportunity for you to ignite or rekindle your passion for netball in a fun and social environment. From 1700-1730 coaches from our netball club will support your skill development in a coached session before a series of recreational games from 1730-1900.

Does this sound like fun to you, but maybe a bit too long, or starts a little too early? Well don’t worry, as this session is a drop in, so you can attend for as much or as little as you want! If you have any questions, please contact jenny.beedie@glasgow.ac.uk.

Whether you have never played Netball before or maybe you haven’t played for a few years this is the programme for you!

For more information about Bounce Back to Netball please see http://bounceback.netballscotland.com

The session is open to all students and staff and is FREE to University of Glasgow Sport members or £6 drop-in for non-members so why not get inspired, get involved and get active!
