Update on Travel Services Contract

Sessions on using the on-line tool for booking international travel are being held in May. Anyone involved in booking travel is encouraged to attend.

As most people will be aware, our new travel contracts have been in operation for some months now.  The following is a reminder of which Travel Company provides which services:

  1. Domestic travel (all travel within the UK) - Clarity Travel Management.
  2. International travel (all travel out with the UK)  - Selective Travel Management
  3. Hotel and Conferencing - Clarity Travel Management.

Our International Travel provider, Selective Travel, will be on site on 4 May and 5 May to provide training on their online booking system in the Jura suite in the Library Building.

Anyone involved in booking travel  is encouraged to attend.

Please book by 28 April. Each session will last 60 minutes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.

Sessions will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, book early to avoid disappointment.
