A funeral service has been held for John Carroll, a member of the Central Services team, who passed away earlier this month.
A funeral service has been held for John Carroll who passed away peacefully on 18 October 2015. John was a long-serving member of the University's Central Services team and will be sadly missed on campus and fondly remembered.
John was very positive throughout his brave battle with cancer and will be greatly missed by his mum, wife, step-children, grandchildren, brothers and wider family and friends.
The funeral service took place at the start of the week.
Donations can be made to the Beatson Cancer Charity online. John underwent his treatment at the Beatson Cancer Centre and received excellent care.
