Employee and Organisational Development have created a number of different resources to assist staff with the Performance Development Review (PDR) process.

You can complete two online training modules on Introduction to PDR and on Setting SMART Objectives. You can choose whether to complete these as a reviewer or a reviewee.

There are resources for reviewers on how to have a development conversation and how to have a constructive conversation
