Map CD-ROMs

There are a number of specialist CD-ROMs that are held on level 7 of the Library. These are available for use between 0900-1700, Monday - Friday.

Certain titles are only available to Glasgow University staff and students.

Please contact the Maps, Official Publications and Statistics Unit if you wish to use any of the CD's or would like more information.

Below is an alphabetical listing of titles which are currently available.

British Library Map Catalogue	CD-ROM version of the complete 19 volume print edition of the British Library Map Catalogue
Ordnance Survey Interactive Atlas of Great Britain	Wide range of mapping detail including full coverage of the country at 1:625 000 scale and 1:250000 scale. From the national mapping levels, it is possible to access more information on over 200 sites throughout the country. This includes large scale mapping extracts, pictures, video and landscape models.
