Not sure if your email has been upgraded?

You will receive an upgrade notification email from IT Services around a week before your upgrade date. You do not need to do anything to request or facilitate the upgrade.

If you have not received that email, you will not have been upgraded yet.

If you're still not sure, here's how to identify your account type:

  • Log in to WebMail at
  • If you have not been upgraded yet, you will simply be taken to WebMail at that address
  • If you have been upgraded, you will see a message redirecting you to Outlook in Office 365 where you can "open this mailbox with the best performance"
