Not sure if your email has been upgraded?

You will receive an upgrade notification email from IT Services around a week before your upgrade date. You don't need to do anything to request or facilitate the upgrade.

If you haven't received that email, you won't have been upgraded yet.

If you're still not sure, here's how to identify your account type:

  • Log in to WebMail at https://mail.campus.gla.ac.uk/
  • If you haven't been upgraded yet, you will simply be taken to WebMail at that address
  • If you have been upgraded, you will see a message redirecting you to Outlook in Office 365 where you can "open this mailbox with the best performance"
