Buy print credits

Add Widget

You will need to add the My Budget widget to your uniFLOW dashboard to buy print credits. You only need to do this once.

1. Log into your online uniFLOW account using your UofG email address and password.

2. Navigate to the Add widget button in the top left corner of the page and select it.

3. From the Name dropdown menu, select My budget and then Add. The new widget will be added to your dashboard.

1. Log into your online uniFLOW account using your UofG email address and password.

2. Navigate to the My Budget tile and select Add Funds.

3. A PayPal window will open, as they are the payment handler; however, you can also use your debit or credit card to pay.

4. Enter the amount you wish to add to your account and select the PayPal button.

5. If you have a PayPal account, enter your email address or mobile number and choose that method, or select Pay by debit or credit card to continue.

6. Follow the instructions on the screen and add your details as requested.

  • Leave the checkbox beside 'Delivery Address the same as billing address'
  • If you don’t want to create a PayPal account, Uncheck the box marked 'Save Information & create your PayPal account'
  • If you receive the message, 'We can’t verify your address', select Continue to use the address previously entered

7. Select Pay Now.

8. You also may be asked to verify your payment. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your payment, normally via your phone banking app, and then select Continue.

9. Once payment has been confirmed, the purchased credit will be added to the secondary wallet under My Budget.

10. You will receive emails from noreply@uog.uk.uniflowonline.com and service@paypal.co.uk verifying your purchase.

  • You will see two transaction references, one from Uniflow Online and one from PayPal. Please retain this information until you have confirmed your purchase within your Uniflow dashboard. In the rare event of any payment disputes, these references will be required to investigate any transaction issues.
