|Provenance:||Richard Heber (1774-1833), book collector: bookstamp “Bibliotheca Heberiana” on front flyleaf with Heber’s note “of great rarity”; lot 4995 in 'Bibliotheca Heberiana', Pt. 1 (London: Sotheby, 1834); sold for £0.19.0 according to the priced BL copy of the Heber sale catalogue (shelfmark RAR 002.092 Heb), which also records that Heber himself paid £4.4.0 for the book - the latter price confirmed by Heber’s pencil annotation “4.4.0” on front flyleaf.
