Welcome to our Wellbeing Matters Programme!
Attending university is a really exciting time, but it can also bring with it some normal life challenges, from low mood while you adjust to change, to procrastinating over course work or feeling stressed during your exams.
Come along to our sessions and learn practical skills to help you effectively and proactively manage your wellbeing and mental health through your time at university and beyond!
Sessions are delivered via Zoom, and last between 45 and 60 minutes, and you are very welcome to attend all topics or just drop into single sessions that are of particular interest. You can contribute as much or as little as you’d like to; there’s no pressure!
So grab a cup of tea, log on and hear some practical tools and strategies you can use to overcome some of the most common wellbeing challenges we all encounter at university!
