Catering

Please use this enquiry form to check availability for your required catering. Please note that this is an enquiry form and not an order form. We will advise if we are able to meet your requirements and confirm a booking after reviewing your enquiry.

 

• All confirmed bookings require at least 7 days notice. Notice must also allow for Bank Holiday days. It is your responsibility as the booker to check if your notice needs to allow for a bank holiday. 
• Minimum order numbers of 20 people apply and a minimum order value of £50 applies for all delivered orders.
• All orders are delivered at the agreed time and picked up after the specified end time. It is your responsibility as the booker to ensure the room is accessible at least 30 minutes prior to the delivery time and that suitable space and furniture is in place to allow the catering to be set up.
• If you order goods to be picked up, please ensure that any flasks, trolleys and other equipment is returned within 24 hours of delivery or a £50 recovery fee will be charged.
• If you order goods to be delivered, please ensure that any flasks, trolleys and other equipment is returned within 24 hours of delivery or a £50 recovery fee will be charged. If you require equipment to be recovered by catering staff this may incur a staffing cost.
• Any amendments of cancellations made within 7 days of the booking may incur charges at the quoted rate.
• Please advise if your booking requires staff to assist with serving as bookings are not automatically staffed. Staff charges may apply and staff will only be available subject to confirmed availability.
• Please have the correct charge code ready before placing your enquiry. We cannot process bookings without a charge code.
• Please note these terms apply to all bookings in the interests of fairness and by submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.
