Available Catering Options
We are able to offer different options depending on your numbers and subject to availability.
All requests (other than pre-loaded Catering Cards) must be submitted via the enquiry form.
Please note that bookings are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from the Catering team that your booking has been accepted and you are issued with a unique order number. Submitting an enquiry does not mean that the booking has been confirmed.

Catering for 20+ people
Organisers can select from the delivered catering menus and request delivery to any on campus location (subject to availability and booking conditions).
Please note, delivered catering slots each day are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. In addition, no bookings will be accepted within 7 days of the event date. We would therefore advise submitting your enquiry as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.
Catering for fewer than 20 people
We are unable to deliver catering for bookings with fewer than 20 people under any circumstance. Therefore we are pleased to offer the following alternatives.
- Option 1: Pick-up Service
Select from a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and/or packed lunches and collect from one of our on campus cafes or restaurants. Minimum numbers for this are 10 people.
- Option 2: Catering Cards
Our most flexible option, the pre-loaded Catering Cards can be linked to the project of your choice and allow card users to choose any item(s) from any of our on campus cafes and restaurants and pay at the till (no minimum order value applies).
