Experience the Mackintosh House through a BSL tour.

Deaf art enthusiast Trudi Collier returns to The Hunterian to present a new BSL tour of our popular visitor attraction, the Mackintosh House.

Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh were artists and designers whose style is now world famous. Together they designed their Glasgow home, which was decorated in his distinctive style, remarkable then, and now, for the disciplined austerity of the furnishings and decoration.

The Mackintosh House, an integral part of the Hunterian Art Gallery, is a careful reassemblage of the main rooms from the Mackintoshes’ Glasgow home. The Mackintosh House Introduction Gallery tells the fascinating story of the artists, their house and the Mackintosh collection.

Participation on this BSL only tour allows free access to the Mackintosh House.

Participants should note that there is no simultaneous translation to English.

Book your place via Eventbrite.
