The Wealth of Nations at Glasgow Talks

Glasgow Chamber of Commerce reflects on the application of Adam Smith's theories today.

Adam Smith’s legacy and his seminal work, The Wealth of Nations, was celebrated at an event on 28 March as part of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce 'Glasgow Talks' series, sponsored by the University’s Adam Smith Business School. 

Sir Anton Muscatelli, Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of GlasgowandNicole Shamier, Assistant Director of Economics at Mott MacDonald, reflected on Adam Smith's theories and exchanged their own application of economics in the modern world.
