You Said, We Listened: Student Feedback in Action

Pilot Year
At the MVLS Student Voice Pilot Year Launch, students identified three priority areas for skills-building and discussion. These were:
Throughout the year, workshops were developed around these student-led themes.
To conclude the pilot year, the Student Voice Interns designed and delivered an additional workshop focused on Community & Inclusion, responding to emerging conversations about belonging, representation, and the student experience across MVLS.
Second Year
Following a successful pilot year, we organised the MVLS Student Voice Launch to mark the start of year two of the initiative.
At the launch, students identified their priority areas for the year: Careers & Employability, Equality & Diversity, Student Belonging, and Inclusive Clubs & Societies Events. Throughout the year, activities and workshops were shaped by these themes, ensuring that student priorities and experiences are reflected. These interactive sessions enabled students to partner in shaping the educational environment and their university experience.
