Need to add something about undergraduate opportunities - see grant application Investing through undergraduate study opportunities

In January/February 2018, six of the Head of College Scholars, selected students in level 2 and level 3, visited our Glasgow Molecular Pathology Node for small group meetings discussing "Why is bladder cancer research interesting?" presented by Dr Tomoko Iwata, School of Medicine.

The students came from the variety of areas, including Medicine, Dentistry, Biochemistry and Genetics. The groups exchanged ideas for current interests and enthusiasms for research, their career scopes, and asked when the best time to get the first experience in research, and about the potential exchange programmes to widen their experiences abroad.
