The University of Glasgow has been shortlisted across multiple categories in this year’s Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards, including a project led by historian Dr Tim Peacock.

Organised by Interface, the awards celebrate outstanding partnerships between academia, business, the public sector and the third sector. The 2026 shortlist highlights the strength and breadth of collaboration taking place across Scotland and UofG features prominently.

Dr Peacock, a Senior Lecturer at the School of Humanities | Sgoil nan Daonnachdan and Director of the Games and Gaming Lab (UofGGamesLab), has been shortlisted in the Innovation of the Year category for Project HeritAIge, a research-led co-creation of a free historical video game of St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh.

The awards ceremony will take place on 19 March at the Macrobert Arts Centre, University of Stirling.
