Stories from our 50 year reunion
Over 100 members and partners of the Gamma Club gathered at Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld on 31st May – 2nd June 2019 to celebrate 50 years since graduating from Medical School. The Hotel proved an excellent venue.
A special commemorative book marking this occasion was produced and given to all members attending. 78 members contributed to a splendid cornucopia of varied and various lives lived – spread all over the world and all aspects of medicine. Mainly it was about the people and their families and interests and was fun!
Apart from the usual dinners we had great laughs and amusement at our Saturday morning session – “Would I Lie to You?” when 2 panels pitted their wits and poker faces against the audience. Much reminiscence of early student days ensued.
