1973 Beta Club Reunion

The 1973 Beta Club celebrated their Golden Anniversary reunion in Cyprus.
The 1973 Beta Club had a fantastic 50th Golden Anniversary Reunion on 12-14 September 2023 at the Grecian Park Hotel, Konnos Bay, Cyprus.
After a day settling into the luxurious Grecian Park Hotel, the group met in the Cliff Bar overlooking Konnos Bay for a cornucopia of Cypriot food and wine. Old friendships were renewed, and new ones made.
The following day, Open Air Scientific/Medical sessions were held at the Marquee, on topics including 'Is the NHS coming to an end ? and how do we repair/replace it?'; 'Providing Health Care including Covid-19 in the Far East , Middle East and other challenging environments'; and 'Personal reflections and memories from the Class of the Beta-Club'. This concluded with a planning session for future reunions!
Later that evening, photographs were followed by an open air, sit down Gala Dinner accompanied with lively conversation.
Further adventures to Paphos, Nicosia and the Troodos Mountain were enjoyed by the group, and everyone is looking forward to the next reunion in 2024!
