Alumnus Steven Chen awarded prestigious fellowship from the American Society of Criminology
Alumnus Steven Chen (MSc 2016) has been selected by the American Society of Criminology (ASC) for the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
First introduced in 1989, the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship is designed to help students from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds complete their studies in criminology and criminal justice and enter the field professionally.
Steven will be presented with the fellowship at the ASC 2025 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC on 12th November, and will be the first Taiwanese student to be awarded the fellowship.
