We are very happy to welcome Tunbosun Oyedokun who is joining the School as a lecturer in Real Estate. He recently completed his PhD in urban studies at the Urban Institute, Heriot-Watt University as a James Watt scholar. His doctoral research focused on the evolution and impact of a market for eco-labelled commercial office buildings. More broadly, his research interests include sustainability and commercial property market, occupancy and investment performance of commercial buildings, real properties and green cities, real estate development and urban property market dynamics, housing and finance. Before joining the University of Glasgow, Tunbosun worked as a part-time tutor in real estate in the Urban Institute at Heriot-Watt University and as a lecturer in the Department of Estate Management, Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He has co-authored a number of journal articles and he is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
