Amol Deshmukh and Social Robot WallBo win at ASSN and ICSR Design Competitions
Well done to Dr Amol Deshmukh who has won 3rd prize (£25K) at the inaugural programme on social science commercialisation from the Aspect Social Sciences Network for WallBo.
WallBo the hand-washing buddy is a social venture with a global mission to transform handwashing for children in schools with our social robot WallBo.
Amol and Wallbo have also recently won the ICSR Design competition award at the International conference on social robotics for the category 'Innovation as potential response to COVID19 Pandemic'.
