Matthew Trainer, a technician involved in the student teaching laboratories in the School of Physics and Astronomy has been named as one of the outstanding reviewers of 2016 for the Institute of Physics (IOP) journal the European Journal of Physics. The journal publishes articles that provide original insights into mainly experimental physics and aim to enhance learning in all areas of physics. Those nominated reviewers include a list of international senior academics chosen by the journal editorial teams for the quantity, timeliness and quality of their reviews in 2016. All winners gratefully receive an IOP certificate for their endeavours.
