Biography

I am Lecturer in German at the School of Modern Languages and Cultures. Before joining the University of Glasgow I taught German at the Goethe-Institute in Glasgow and online with the Goethe Insitute London.

I teach German language, culture and Applied Linguistics at undergraduate levels and I am co-convenor of German Level 1 (Beginners).

I graduated from Bochum University with a degree in German and Theatre & Film Studies. Prior to my German teaching career, I worked for many years as a Producer and Specialist Researcher in the film and television industry.
