Biography

Sharon graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Developmental Biology, followed by a PhD in Reproductive Medicine from the MRC Human Reproductive Sciences Unit in Edinburgh.

After spending 7 years as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Manchester, working on infertility, stem cells and cancer, she returned to the University of Glasgow to take up a position as a Lecturer in the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing. She is the Deputy Director of MBChB2 in the Undergraduate Medical School.
