- The deadline for submission of abstracts is 10th May 2026.
- Confirmation of acceptance will be given shortly after the deadline.

Please use the UKMHD LaTeX template to prepare your abstract (for both oral presentations and posters).
How to submit
- Abstracts in PDF format (produced using the template above) must be submitted here
- Please indicate in the submission form whether you wish to give an oral presentation or present a poster and who will be the presenting author.
- Oral presentations will be 12 minutes in length with an additional 3 minutes for discussion (this may change based on demand).
- Please note that there is a limited number of slots for oral presentations (though we will make every effort to accommodate everyone).
