Water as the Oil of the 21st Century: Property Rights and Global Challenges – 12th April 2017

I have been invited to take part in the Global Law Lab at University of Tilburg, The Netherlands.

I am good friends with fellow property lawyer, Anna Berlee, who I met through the Young Property Lawyers’ Forum.  Anna and I have collaborated on a couple of projects, including publicity and privacy in land registration. While visiting Anna in Tilburg, where she is a lecturer, I was invited to take part in the Global Law Lab which is a collaborative forum where students and researchers explore topics of central importance to global law. I will be presenting on private water rights in this forum in April and in particular the methodology of tackling a global challenge.
