In November, I gave a guest lecture via Skype to the property law students of University of Monterrey in Mexico on the topic of "Property Law and Water".

In November 2016, I gave a guest lecture via Skype to the property law students of University of Monterrey in Mexico on the topic of "Property Law and Water".
I asked the students to evaluate the application of property law concepts to water, and introduced them to the modern law of water rights in Scotland and South Africa. I also asked them to give me their perspective on water issues in Mexico.
