Biography

Claudia Paduano is a legal scholar specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, currently serving as a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD in Company Law and an LLM in International Banking Law and Finance from the University of Edinburgh. 

Research interests

Claudia's research focuses on Corporate Law and Commercial Law, with particular emphasis on the legal and economic structures of corporate groups, corporate governance, law and economics.
