Claudia Paduano is a legal scholar specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, currently serving as a Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Glasgow. She holds a PhD in Company Law and an LLM in International Banking Law and Finance from the University of Edinburgh. 

Claudia's research focuses on Corporate Law and Commercial Law, with particular emphasis on the legal and economic structures of corporate groups, corporate governance, law and economics. 

Prior publications

Her teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and postgraduate levels and includes modules such as Company Law, Corporate Finance, and Financial and Banking Law, taught at the Universities of Leeds, Edinburgh, and Strathclyde. At Glasgow, she currently teaches Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Business Organisations.
