Consultations on Sustainable Corporate Governance

Some members of our research group have recently contributed to two public consultations on corporate governance and sustainability.
We are delighted to share that Prof. MacNeil, Prof. Esser and Dr Chałaczkiewicz-Ładna have recently contributed to two consultations on corporate governance and sustainability:
- the one launched by EU commission to improve the EU regulatory framework in order to allow companies to manage sustainability-related matters in their operations and value chains create as well as to create long-term sustainable value. You can find a copy of the response here.
- the one launched by FRC ("A matter of principles: the future of corporate reporting") in light of a Discussion Paper proposing a principles-based framework for corporate reporting. You can find a copy of the response here.
