The Corporate and Financial Law Research Group has submitted a response to the FCA Public Consultation CP20/3 on climate-related disclosures for listed companies.
The Corporate and Financial Law Research Group has submitted a response to the FCA Public Consultation CP20/3 on climate-related disclosures for listed companies. The Consultation proposes to require companies with a UK premium listing to comply with TCFD (Taskforce on climate-related disclosures) recommendations or to explain any non-compliance.
