This conference brings together a host of Ovidian scholars from Europe, the US, and the UK who are approaching the corpus of the Augustan poet and its impact in the culture of later eras from innovative perspectives. Topics covered include Ovid and intertextuality, gender studies, narratology, literary genres, epigraphy, Neo-Latin studies, and modern fictional narratives.
